Stephen is a co-founder of Pine Wave Energy Partners and serves as its Executive Vice President and General Counsel. He concentrates on Pine Wave’s legal and land aspects and is a member of the Board of Directors.

Most recently, he co-founded and directed Bonanza Mineral Partners, which acquired and managed a portfolio of mineral and royalty assets in east Texas and northwest Louisiana. Stephen is Board Certified in Oil, Gas, and Mineral Law and formerly practiced law full-time with Harris, Finley & Bogle, P.C., where he advised landowners and operators in oil and gas transactions.

Stephen earned a B.A. in Economics from Texas Christian University and a J.D. from the SMU Dedman School of Law.
